What is the #PCMChallenge?
The #PCMChallenge is a weekly creative exercise designed to challenge the Pro Church Media Community to stay creative. We believe that what makes a great designer is practice, practice, PRACTICE! By joining the #PCMChallenge, you are joining dozens of other creatives who are committed to honing their craft in a safe space where there are no deadlines, decision makers or critiques. You can get as creative with the challenge as you want!
We want to encourage you, our community, to try new styles, test new programs or apps (you don’t have to use Photoshop!) and stretch your creative muscles ???– so do something new!
How to participate:
Create ANY design based on the theme and submit it to Pro Church Media either in our Facebook Group and/or on social media.
- Share your design in the Pro Church Media Community Group to share with our community.
- Tag us on social media #PCMChallenge + #prochurchmedia to have a chance at getting featured.

Hey! I’m Hannah, and I am currently located in Olympia, WA. I have been designing for 7 years, and creating purpose with intentionality is the core of my career. I have been a full-time freelancer since February, but my newest adventure is ORANGELMN (shameless plug). It’s a new streetwear brand featuring my designs, with reaching those outside the Kingdom as the focus of the company. I’m so grateful for getting to do what I do and for the chance to work with such incredible people. My career is just another testament to the faithfulness and love of Jesus.
#PCMChallenge FAQ
What is a mood board? A mood board is what designers use to give them inspiration and guidance before getting started on their actual design. It can include suggested colors, fonts, photos and design elements that pair well together. We include a mood board in every challenge to give a helpful starting point or extra challenge to our community.
Do you have to use this week’s mood board or color palette? Nope! You DO NOT have to use the mood board or the color palette in your own design. All you need to use is the theme in your design in some way. Get creative as you want!
How do I get featured? Be sure to use the hashtag #PCMChallenge when you post your design. We check that daily to find posts to feature on Pro Church Media!
